First time Results

Hi last night i set up my camera (1100d ir removed) on a photo tripod with 0 tracking and took 25 9 sec exp at f3.5 using a 18-55mm and iso 3200. i know i rushed it and didn't realise i had the garage in shot but how did i do. think i'm pointing towards aquila. used sequator for stacking. have i caught the milky way? 

sorry if i don't use all the correct lingo.

Hi; yes you have definitely captured the Milky Way. It's the lighter patch running diagonally up the centre of your image. Don't worry about the garage; it adds foreground interest. 😉
