Powertank issue

Hi guys I have an issue with the power on the 9v supply on the powertank

its no longer 9v but 4.75! and the 6v is 2.5. the 12V circuit is all good at 12.75v

this 9v only powers my focuser so not a major problem but would be nice to fix it.

i have opened up the unit and see the board that steps down the voltage with an array of diodes can someone tell me what could have possible failed?

also who knew the red light is removable on a real of cable and a magnet to attach it to anything!!
