Meta data when using manual focus

I have a Canon 200d with a 75-200mm lens. If I image using the auto focus and then look at the meta data of the image i can see the focal length and f-stop i used to take the photo. If i then take an image using the manual focus and again look at the meta data i only see a limited amount of information, with the focal length and f-stop missing.

Is there a way to see this information when manually focusing?  Obviously i can see this when taking the image but it would be nice to be able to see it when viewing the images back at a later date.

A bit of a reply to my own post 😀. I have noticed though that all the meta data is there if i view the picture on the camera itself when using the manual focus. It just does not seem to transfer when copying to the pc?
