PC/scope control: HL USB-RS232 cable

Just a quickie.

I've read that many people have had problems getting their scope's goto to work with some USB-to-serial adapters, so I'll add one to the list of those that do work.

HL technology HL-340. Usual made in China cheap packaging, but at under a fiver here in Thailand (250 baht) I thought was worth taking the risk. Anyway it works a treat under XP SP3 (I don't have Vista so couldn't test it...Vista is not listed on the packaging though, nor is OS X). Comes with a mini-CD for drivers and a DB-9 to DB-25 adapter too. Tested with CdC on an 8SE using the ASCOM platform.

A quick google shows it being sold in mainland Europe, Oz and N. America, so a fair bet it's also available in the UK (I found it in a computer mall rather than online).
