Depends on focal length used. It's ratio of angular size on sky and size in imaging plane - expressed in (famous) arc seconds / pixel, or "/pixel.

You can either calculate it manually, and hence approximately, or you can do plate solve and get a bit more precise value.

Thanks, i did that on the attached screen shot, i didn't realise that resolution and pixel scale were the same thing, we learn something new everyday, thank you.
