Ieq45 pro Polar scope panic

Hi all. So after finally getting my ieq45 pro setup in the back garden and the led reticle installed I discovered focussing issues with the polar scope. When the clock is in focus the stars are out of focus... makes it hard to align. The clouds rolled in anyway but I’m wondering how to fix this? I have seen the polar scope pdf that’s around here somewhere but on this newer version I cant seem to unscrew the scope to do anything with it. 

Can anyone advise? I’m sure it’s a common issue.

Hmm.. I found it was a bit loose, but other than that I managed to see both the stars and the markings sharp.

Yeah so if I move the focus out a bit so the scopes clock is in focus it does seem to wobble a little in the housing. If I have the eyepiece focused all the way in the stars are almost focussed but the clock is way out.
