Bresser Messier 10” Dob for astrophotography?

I have the opportunity to get my hands on a Bresser Messier 10” Dob at a very very good price but I need to make a decision ASAP. I was looking a scope to dabble in astrophotography so I know thes won’t do long exposures, however is it possible to get some astrophotography out of it ? I know it’s big but that shouldn’t be a problem either.
