Skywatcher AZ-GTI in EQ mode. Pulse guiding ?

Hi fellow astronomers.

I am currently the owner of the skywatcher SA, which is my travel mount. I have been reading the reviews on SGL of the AZ-GTI mount. This sounds a fantastic portable travel mount, especially now there is a firmware update which allows it to be used in EQ mode with a wedge. 

My question is, can this be pulse guided via EQMOD ?, as I read in another post, FLO, made a lead to confirm it works with this. I am not familiar with EQMOD, as my main Mount is a Celestron CGEM. Any feedback on this would be great, because if it can, I will be pressing the buy button.
