Hi. Can anyone tell me if an Altair cmos 183c is too much camera on 8"sct lx200?

Can I expect issues or just straightforward imaging.

From memory the 183 cameras have 2.4 micron pixels. So without binning and without a focal reducer/Barlow you’ll be imaging at about 0.25arcsec per pixel. That’s pretty good for planetary imaging with an 8 inch scope but pretty taxing for DSO’s.
