How much colour/Ha am I going to need?

I'm in need of a little help with a couple of things.....

I took a mono shot of M33 whilst at Kelling and the plan is to grab the colour and Ha back here at the ranch. Now, the problem is that I didn't use a light pollution filter at Kelling but I'll definately need it at home so how much time extra time will I need? Or to put another spin on it, if my mono shot has 1hr 35mins of exposure without any LP filter, how much does that equate to if I was using my IDAS filter?

Second query is for the Ha. again, how much data do you reckon I need here. Is there some kind of rough guide on this or is it object dependant? Plus, is doing this part binnable like the colour shots or does it need to be a 1x1?

I'm no expert (I do DSLR imaging), but I know that a lot of CCD imagers use 1x1 for Luminosity and use 2x2 binned RGB data.
