Which adapter for prime focus photography?

Since I changed the focuser on the Tal I can no longer connect the DSLR.

The adapter will have to couple to the Nikon T-ring (which I have) and the focuser as per the EP adapter pictured below. This appears to be 43mm?

Any help / links appreciated.
