Ahh that could be my problem... i use batts (brand new energizer mind) but maybe the batts dont give enough juice to move it accurately.. i'll give it ago with the extension lead hopefully it will make a differance.

One more question.. when u use your telescope for a while do you get a load of "gunk" on the lense? i think its dew.. how do i clean it or does it dissapear on its own?
