Mount query for lens and guide scope

Hi guys, just bought an NEQ6 mount and was planning on using an ADM bar Side by Side Dual saddle but sadly cannot get one for a while from anywhere. 

In the short term was looking at getting a long (15") ADM Losmandy dovetail and mount my 400L and 500L (not at same time) and then mount a guide scope (Altair 60mm with GPCAM2 Mono camera). 

Just wondering if this will work. Would it be possible to mount the guide scope on the opposite side (underneath) abd for it to work properly? Will balancing the setup be harder?

Anyone with any experience of this type of setup, if its possible, would love to hear your thoughts.

Just an update on this in case anyone else reads it. Tried to mount the guide scope under the dovetail at the front of the bar and found it did not give much clearance on the mount...may never go into that position but would always be worried of it hitting and causing damage. Ended up finding a Side by Side bar setup (Starwave) and it works a treat!
