I can remember a post of his on the Meade on CN, he was VERY impressed.

Indeed, I believe he was also saying on CN that the 127mm versions are very much on the same level of quality too.

Anyhow IMHO the Meade jobby is pretty ugly

So is an Apache Helicopter, but it doesn't half 'pack a punch'.

Never "judge a book by it's cover" George, or the "proof of the pudding is in the eating", and it now looks highly likely that I'm going to taste it.
