Tak orthos/Binotrons

The seeing here has been excellent and tonight was no exception. The SW120ED/Binotrons and Tak orthos are being put through a hvy workout. Both sets of eyepieces are very sharp and with low scatter providing superb views of the moon. The 18mm Tak's eyecup is not an asset with my OCS in the Binotrons... I find that there is a sweet spot for eyerelief with these binos and its not that much really, because the powerswitch pushes the ER around.
 

The 12.5's are a near perfect match for my setup allowing the SW120ED to give its best lunar views yet. Their ER is a great match for the powerswitch. As a side note- the 32mm TV plossls with the eyeguard extender are also a great match and the very soft eyecup gives much flexibility in placing the eye. Without the extender forget about them.

The views might be described as "jaw dropping" tonight.
