Foam for DIY Ep case

Picked up this today.

£2.50 from tesco. Bargain. Now I just need some foam. What foam do you recommend? I know some foams when they get older, and even some new ones, can rub off small bits which I don't want covering my eps. Any good foams. Looking on eBay it's quite cheap. Cheers.

I would suggest something like a CMHR foam - you can pick up from an upholstery supplier - they'll probably cut to size for you if you ask nicely.
