IR/UV Replacement Filter for Nikon D3000

Hi, 

I received an old D3000 with defective auto focus and considered modifying it. Are there replacement IR/UV-cut-filters with enhanced Ha-transmission? Baader offers them for Canon, but so far I could not find anything for the small Nikon. Cutting up a standard filter would be one possible alternative, if they are available with the correct thickness..

Any ideas?
