DSS and CR2 files done with UHC filter - an issue

I found problem to stack CR2 files from Canon 1100D done with UHC filter - type Halfa + O III.
I can't use bias file and only proportional, medium or HDR method work.

note: working with NGC 6188 photos I had the same problem.

I did few frames, only 10 x 5 minutes - ISO 1600. The red channel has much noise. The sensor temperature was very high: 36 degrees Celcius. I am waiting for clear sky to get more data.

Hhmmm ! I think this message needs to be transfered to Imaging - Image Processing, Help and Techniques thread. It is more an advise.
