Talk "Robots in Space" at Stafford University Thursday 10th July

This presentation will focus on recent robotic exploration of Mars, Titan and comets in the search for clues to the origins of life.

Speaker: Dr Ashley Green

Ashley Green's particular interests are Educational Robotics, Robotics Competitions and Space Robotics. He is a member of the international RoboCup Executive Committee, manages RoboFesta-UK and RoboCupJunior UK, and is involved in the running of the FIRST LEGO League in the UK. Ashley is a member of the EPSRC

College, UK Goes to the Planets consortium, and Walking with Robots network. He served on the MINDSTORMS Developer Program for the LEGO NXT robotics system. His research background is in solar energy.
