Phd guiding setting

I am new to astro imaging and tried to open Phd guiding 2-2. However there is a lot of setting it asks you for and i have no idea what to put. 

I have a clelestron next star evolution 8 with a ZWO-ASI120MC-S  planetary camera which can be used for guiding and a ZWO 60mm Finder and Guide Scope 60280. 

My computer is a macbook pro running OS 10.11.5 2.2 ghz core i7.

Any tips welcome
