EQ6 mount RA stiffness

hi all,

had a look around but couldn't find much on this.....does anyone know where I can find details on how to disassemble an EQ6 in order to cure RA stiffness and what is likely to be causing it? Is it straight forward to fix or will parts be needed and are they freely available?
