Advice regarding DIY Telrad & Secondary heaters

Folks,

Since I now have a big (VERY BIG) 12" Dob with Telrad I'm thinking over the summer, I will get some dew control wired up to the beast!  For the Telrad and secondary, Im thinking one resistor each, glued to them should be enough. Im after advice on what wattage and value for the resistors?
