Which is the best ccd for warm climate

You're probably looking at which one has the best cooling.

Atik claim -30 (although I am a little concerned on this given the camera casing design, its not the best one for encouraging cooling)

QSI claim -40 (and their casing design looks more likely to meet this)

You might also check out Starlight Xpress and SBIG.

SX cool to -50/-55 below ambient (and their case and fan designs do provide this)

SBIG also claim -50/-55 below ambient.

 

Both the SBIG and SX designs will get you down to a very useable temperature even in an ambient of over 25 C. Atik wont, QSI might.
