Hi

If I do decide to buy an Astrorac what do I need so I am ready to Start. Plus I have a sky watcher tripod and is it possible to mount it on that.

The Astrotrac is designed to fit to a camera tripod in the first instance, it has a 1/4" Whitworth/UNC tapping for this. You tilt the tripod head to achieve a polar axis effect, to polar align it you need the polar telescope accessory. You will also need some form of 12v DC supply.
