As this camera doesn't do long exposures your pretty much limited to the planets, i'm sure i've read somewhere that this camera is more or less the same as a philips toucam with the in-built image compression normally found in the Toucam disabled.

There is also a long exposure mod that you can do or have done to the neximage. That woul dallow you to do long exposure work.
