How do you clean eyepieces

I have managed to get bits if dust, hair or something on the lens that is at the diagonal end of the eyepiece. So much so it is distracting all be it not affecting much. How can I effectively clean this lens.

This sort of thing is great for removing loose dust and bits of fluff.

I use a Hurricane blower like the one that Gary links too. It works pretty well
