Dish for radio telescope

I am trying to make a radio telescope. I found a dish N dish with a label no model number but is got 12.2-12.7 GHz. Can I use this to make my radio telescope.

check it against a normal sky dish if it's the same then it will do.as they pick up radio signals if you just connect it to a signal meter then if you then point it at a line of trees then into open space then needle will move then try pointing it at jupiter & you get a signal
