First proper attempt at tracking

Finally managed to get my mount polar aligned (very roughly) and the motors on my eq3-2 stayed spot on M42 - see attached for results - this is the full field shot.

Bit chuffed for the first attempt at this (Skywatcher 150P, Nikon D7000, 20 x 20 sec @ ISO 800 - plus flats etc..).

That's a great image there. I have not attempted anything deep space yet, still trying to get to grips with solar objects. However, you have encouraged me to try!
