SGPro - ANSVR - Cannot find libraries.

What do we do when it is raining? We install more software ;)

After reading such good things about Sequence Generator Pro I thought I would have a go. It all installed perfectly and I can get it to recognise the Canon camera, so I thought I would move onto plate solving. Up until now I have been using AstroTortilla and Backyard EOS; they sort of play nicely, but after a while one of them will have a snit and they stop talking to each other. So I figured that SGPro might do a better job.

When AstroTortilla works it does a cracking job, so I figured I would stick with the Astrometry.net bckend, however for SGPro you need to use a local server rather than the command line. Ok, so I download and install the ANSRV server that stands up a little Perl web server to handle the requests and invoke the command line. http://adgsoftware.com/ansvr/index.html

However when I invoke this from SGPro it fails to run the command line. This is what I get in the output log:

Having used a variety of Unixes over the past 20 years, I recognise "cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory", however I always find Cygwin inpenetrable. Has anyone else used the ANSVR installer sucessfully? The server is obviously starting up and receiving commands as there are log entries.

If I start up a bash terminal then the command runs (but barfs with a python error after a while). So it is obviously something to do with the way that the command is invoked...
