250PX Flocking

I have the Truss tube 250PX. I have flocked the inside of the tubes. Is it worth also fitting some kind of cover around the truss assembly? Would I notice any difference?

If I do this would it then be worth considering fitting a fan?

Some of that foam based pipe lagging in matte black from B'n'Q would do the job and be a lot quicker than flocking. I've seen it used on larger dobs so there's no reason for not doing it on smaller ones - and it will help protect the shroud from snagging.

It might reduce any straight light from bouncing round in the tube to almost zero, but the difference will only be small  and barely perceptible - but worth a go just for completion imho.
