Help needed with telescope

Hi - I bought the Aldi telescope as a starter. Having difficulty focusing on anything and not sure if it's just me, or I'm doing something wrong. Just vague light & dark. Maybe I've set it up wrong - has anyone else had this issue? So disappointed that the software is not clear how to set it up.

What type is it?

All I can see mentioned is a dobsonian but I cannot get a page showing it.

I would have suspected a reflector on a mount or a refractor.

If you have a link to a page showing it then that would help.

If that is the mini dobsonian it could be the eye piece is very poor, plus of course the collimation could be out. Common on these supermarket OTA's as they do get thrown around.
