IPhone 5s telesxope adapter

Hi guys, as a keen afocal photographer with my scope I am looking for an adapter that will allow ease for taking images !! It's really hard to hold the phone by hand up to the eyepiece and even harder to centre the image so I have seen a few options online but nowhere I can purchase one ? Any tips please or a link to a decent priced adapter ?

Be sure to get a camera app like Camera+ that allows you to manually set focus, gain and exposure settings.
