home planetarium projectors

Was doing a bit of Christmas shopping on that Rain Forest website last night when one of the suggestions came up as a planetarium.  I noticed there were a few that looked similar, like a ball style webcam that projects thousands of stars onto your wall.  They look really good and the reviews rated them, however, they were along the lines of, "battery lasts well", and "it does move".  So I am just wondering whether anyone here has or has seen one, and whether they are any good?  Being able to see the stars when it is cloudy sounds like a great idea, but how much of a wow factor do they give you?  Thanks for any insight.
