No. There are two filters that help, a  UHC-S CCD filter will help up to half Moon and so long as the Moon is at a reasonable angle and far off the target, an Ha filter will to a great degree cut out most of the Moon light and 3 and 5 nm variety do better than 7 and 12. At full or near full  Moon all bets are off, just go and watch the TV.
