help with collimating gso 200mm

hi

is me first time with collimating , can any advices me with collimation  a GSO 200mmF/5 , i try my best    but i can see the fix it the Secondary Mirror , what  mistakes did i do ??? need help

You are close but the secondary is too low with respect to the focuser.

Or for a cheaper option, take a cap and drill a small hole dead centre. Often the cap has a little mark in the centre from the manufacturing process, if not you can find the centre with compasses and a ruler.

A 2mm hole should be about right.
