QSI 632 Adapter to Starligth Xpress AO unit

Hey guys, can someone tell me from where I can get an adaptor that will connect face to face from my QSI 632 to an Starlight Xpress AO, I am not sure of the threats of both units, the AO needs 50mm back focus length to the QSI and  therefore I need to connect both nearest possible, I do have an adapter to connect them but its over 26 mm long, its too much of a  separation from the chip.

So, if you know the measurement of both the QSI and the AO threats and from where I can purchase it this adaptor, I will appreciate if you can pass it over.
