How to complete the stages in the Cge Pro's. Set Mount facility

Reading the Manual that explains the various stages it does not make clear that having returned to your centred star after re-balancing the Mount and re-applied/ tightened the Mounts clutches do you have to Press the Set Mount instruction again?

I would welcome help and assistance with the various steps in completing this exercise,
