ngc6946 and ngc6939

I was unsure whether to post this, Lum frames were pretty much a waste of time given the bright conditions last night. However it does show what (will be) a nice target for a better night. A nice spiral galaxy (ngc6946) and nearby open cluster (ngc6939) in the same frame.

NP127is, Atik490EX, Lodestar. This was 5 x 10min luminence frames.

Verynice Chris, the fireworks galaxy is one of my favourit targets that I wish to return to for some LRGB once the conditions improve.

Yes that is what is called, it really is something in LRGB and I believe that it has the record for most detected SNs too.
