Thanks for the tip, Steve. I use SkyTools for visual planning and logging but don't have the astrophotography component. It looks like it has a similar feature.

Chris, very helpful link. Seeing what various objects look like with the focal C8 + Lodestar + focal reducer combinations is helping me decide on equipment.
