Lucky shot of Sirius, mars

I got a lucky shot of Sirius the binary star in the constellation Canis Major. I also got a lucky shot of Mars polar caps blurred of course but I got it.

I"m using different telescopes that the observatory at school lends me , as well as my own cheap telescope I have had for over ten years now.. I don't remember the exact models of the ones at the school but the one I currently have is a telescience with 50mm aperture and a focal length of 700mm, I''ve got a newer one coming in sometime soon that has a bigger aperture but a shorter focal length. I actually got a deal on it considering the telescope I am expecting is worth around 200 US dollars.
