Nebulosity and Atik 314L

Bought a Atik recently and am running it on Nebulosity for Capture and Processing.

It worked OK when I first used it but now I am having Problems.

When i select Preview on Nebulosity, the cooler motors on the Camera start to stop and start continusly.

Also the Preview picture is only about 20% complete.

If I use Frame and Focus it seems to work OK.

If I then do a Capture Series it only Captures the same 2o% as before.

I have tested the ATIk on its own software and it works fine.

I also ran my Opticstar guide Camera on Nebulosity and that also worked OK.

ran it all on my 2nd PC using Win 8 and had the same problem.

So it is not working on Win7 or 8.

Also ran the atik on Astro Art demo and it worked OK

have emailed Startlabs, but was wondering if anybody here has had the same problem
