If you had two planetary cameras, one mono and one colour, would the detail in the final stacked and layered image be enhanced [above that of the colour camera alone] by adding the results of the two, if you managed to keep the combined exposures within the time constraints governed by the plants speed of rotation?

Has anyone tried this?
