Binoculars TS BT70/45º

I'm looking at the TS BT70/45 º (I do not know if is the Oberwerk or Garrett ...?) To observe DSO several Magnifications ..
What this result with them?
How much Magnifications max. With good image?

I would search Cloudy Nights for info on the Oberwerk version of this binocular. I seem to remember reading that the aperture was stopped down but I have no idea of their performance in the field.
