twelly27
I did a time lapse a coupld of weeks ago that lasted about 5 seconds, i used PIPP to put all the single frames together. ive dont 300 single frames to make a longer one, but i cant remember how do it. ive tried already but nothing plays on the final video. does anyone have any idea what i need to do? Langy
So with PIPP you selected your 300+ images and did that create an AVI file of the images? If so then that video should play fine. You can also use a lot of free video software like Microsoft Movie Maker, import all the images and create them as a video. That will also probably create it as a wmv file much smaller than an uncompressed AVI file.
twelly27
i tried movie maker but its not as smooth when you play the video, i keep getting a pop up saying "error writing to AVI file" haven't a clue what to do
Langy
If you created the video in PIPP, then you need to select all your image files as the source and specify the output settings.Just make sure you note where the output file is being saved. MattGoo
Try using Startrails (http://www.startrails.de/html/software.html) if you can't get on with PIPP.It's more used for creating Startrails, as it's name suggests, but can also output a timelaspe video.
