Hi Guys..

I've been waiting a long time to write a review about this

online Astronomy supplier, So here it is..

I ordered my Skywatcher 300p flextube Dobsonian

back in late March 2013 and it arrived at the start of April..

It was well packaged in two big boxes..

The postage and packing was free for all customer in Ireland

ordering anything over 50euro considering the weight and size

of the boxes it was a pleasant surprise..

AFTERSALES:

The aftersales service at this company is 2nd to none

and I have 1st hand experience of it.

I had a non manufacturer related problem with my scope

and Skywatcher would not sort my problem for me as the warranty

did not cover the problem with my scope.

After a quick phone call to Stephen at Ktec he said he would sort the problem

for me free of charge and cover the cost from Skywatcher for all parts..

I have used Ktec Telescopes for all my Astronomy needs

and will do for the future... I couldn't recommend this company enough

and Stephen is alway just a phone call or email away.
