Seymour solar filter

I have been toying with the idea of trying solar viewing (living on Crete I should have plenty of opportunities) but I want to do it on a shoestring budget in the first instance in case I do not take to it. I have come across the Seymour Solar SF950 Type 2 Glass Filter that will just simply fit across the front of my CPC800 for about £80. Have any of you used this particular type of filter or can you recommend another to me please. Also can I use the eyepieces I already own or would I have to purchase a 'solar' type eyepiece.

Thank you.

Please don't get the Seymour or any other glass filter , instead get a sheet of Baader ND5.0 Solar film for £20.00 and make your own .

The views through any glass filter are far inferior to those through Baader film ( the exception being an incredibly expensive Zeiss filter )

And no special EP's needed ...
