Thanks Chris. The only bit I'm struggling with is reading the graph. Is it the green line you take a reading off of??

The fuzzy line is the quality of the individual frames... The green line is the frames rearranged in order of best to worst... It gives you an idea of how many good frames you have

Right so as soon as the green line hits the 50% line then your frames start getting worse??? I still cant understand what % to use by looking at it?

It's all guesswork, trial and error and luck/judgement, try 50% 75% and 25% see what works best for you
