A lady at work wanted me to check this out for her and see if it would be worth buying from a local online auction.

Says it's a 60mm but that's about it. I know one of you guys has some sort of knowledge about a scope like this. 

Apart from the fact that one has no idea what kind of condition the optics are in or what kind of shape the mount is in, would it be worth dropping $25 on an opening bid?
