Webcam straight onto M42 fit

My Logitec webcam has the 1.25" mod and I have a number of nearly redundant M42 lenses.  Is there a way to connect one to another and get a budget imaging set up.  The two lenses I am interested in using are both M42 fit and have previously worked on my Pentax K-m adapter.  Fitting my prime 200mm to the webcam would be of most interest to me at the moment.  Would I need to use extension tubes or similar to get any kind of decent result?

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
