New rubber feet for HEQ5 tripod

Does anyone know where I might find some new feet for my HEQ5 tripod? The rubber mould things the tips are usually in have disappeared over time & I noticed today that the tips were starting to wear down, at some point this might give me balancing issues so I'd just like a replacement option. The tripod tubes are 1 & 3/4 inch thick (or 44-45mm) I have browsed around the internet for new rubber ferrules but can't quite find any of that size.
